2. FREE Hosting Policy
Fastwork.ca offers lifetime FREE hosting through a third-party hosting provider. This means:

• Hosting is provided at no cost to you as long as the third party continues to offer the service to us.
• If the third party discontinues their service, Fastwork.ca cannot guarantee continued FREE hosting. We will notify affected clients in advance and offer alternative paid hosting options if needed.
• Fastwork.ca is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by the hosting provider.

3. Domain Registration and Renewals
We offer domain registration and renewal services as a convenience to our clients. Domains are registered through third-party registrars.

• You will be responsible for any applicable registration or renewal fees.
• We will send reminders for renewals, but it is your responsibility to ensure your domain is renewed on time.
• Failure to renew may result in loss of your domain name.

4. Email Setup
We provide setup support for professional email addresses using your domain name.

• Email hosting is managed through third-party providers (e.g., Zoho, Google Workspace, or others).
• Any ongoing fees related to email hosting are your responsibility, unless otherwise specified.

5. Payments and Refunds
All prices are clearly communicated before work begins.

• Payments are due as per the agreement made at the start of the project.
• Work may be paused if payment is delayed.
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and original content for your website. Fastwork.ca reserves the right to decline or remove any content that:

• Violates laws or regulations.
• Infringes on intellectual property.
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

7. Support and Communication
We aim to provide fast and friendly customer service.
